Don’t waste your time on bad habits

Good and bad habits have a lot in common. Both take about three weeks to establish, and both take about the same time to break. More often than not, to start a good habit, you’re breaking a bad habit at the same time. The key to remember, the right habit will help you, the wrong one will not.
