Half empty?

At your next staff meeting pour a glass half full with water. Ask them, half empty or half full? Then ask one to pay a teammate a compliment, and afterwards add water to the glass. Repeat until the glass is full.

We can look at ourselves just like the glass. Some days we aren’t at our best, but with the support of the team, we can be. It doesn’t matter if the glass is half empty or half full, but that it can be refilled.
