Do you ever call for an instant replay at work?

Ever sat in that meeting where everyone is just “done”? The discussions are not productive, there is a lack of enthusiasm, and it’s all about what one person wants – not the team.

See if you can do something that allows for one member of the team to ask for an instant replay. Take the time to regroup. Share what isn’t working for you, and that will generally provide others to share what they see as an elephant in the room.

Always have rules in place that make meetings productive. Set goals and always check to see if those goals are still active and within reach. Don’t let a bad call affect growth, enthusiasm, and motivation.
